Through no fault of RVLock, their new sleeker RVLock V4 didn't cover the existing hole cut in my TT door. The manufacturer made the handle hole too big leaving a small space above the RVLock upon installation. Contacted RVLock who suggested caulking the hole then covering the caulk with the sticker to hide the repair. Ordered the sticker based on their recommendation. $6.00+ for the sticker and $5.00 for shipping! Once it arrived, decided not to use the sticker so in the future when I'd eventually have to recaulk (you know I will have to) I won't have to contend with removing the sticker and the residue. Complete waste of money. Out $11.00 because I'm not paying the restocking fee too. Will probably just throw it away. Happy with the lock though! Works great!

Thank you for leaving us a review! I apologize for the extra amount. We usually recommend the decal to assist in slight water retention along with cosmetics, but is not always necessary for handles while installing.

this is a game changer in the RV industry. Very responsive CS when i was inquiring. Installed in a just a few minutes and was up and running. Not sure if the insructions tell you but i found out on this lock that you can quick LOCK it by holding down the lock button for estimate of 3 seconds, it will chime to indicate your rig is secured. As far as the decal, its was not needed and actually detracted from the look. The model was exact fit and it was removed in 2.2 seconds. safe travels..dont wait, get the best RV lock out there, this is not a paid promotion, heck i couldn't even get a free decal, hat or a shirt. but i do believe in honest reviews for a deserving company. such as RVLOCK!
It was not large enough to cover the void from the original global link lock that I was replacing on our riverstone legacy.

Thanks for reaching out. We do have a couple of decal stickers that can go behind the lock to cover the area that is not painted. You left the review for the V4 decal but it doesn't look like it is installed on the door. If you have installed it and it wasn't enough, we also have a bigger one that I will attach a link to.

came in handy considering Keystone doesn't now how to remove a lock for full body paint. Glad I bought 2 just in case. fit both doors perfectly
