My RV V4 lock is 10 years old and out of warranty, I had a problem, called them to get a part, they said they would send me a brand new lock free of charge if I just pay shipping. That's fantastic service, I never expected. The lock was shipped out the same day! The complete experience from start to finish was fantastic! They are one of a very few companies that promises less and delivers more!
