I have owned a RV Lock for many years and it is totally Bullet Proof on the other hand the Weak Link in the system is the Remote Key-Fob. Everything has been working fine until one day. First of all you better have a eye glass repair kit with a micro Phillips Screwdriver handy to open up the Key-Fob. I tested the A27 12 Volt Battery and it has plenty of juice left. The issue is when I push the Key-Fob the blue light on the Fob lights up but the lock mechanism does not move. I know the batteries in the lock work because when I use the Key-Pad on the Lock everything works fine. I have even tried to link the Key-Fob to the lock until I was blue in the face. Replacing the Key-Fab at this point means I am on my Third Set of Key-Fab's. I have found the Weak Link. Thank God the Remote for my Tow Vehicle doesn't break as offen because there is no Key-Hole on my dashboard to start my vehicle. The Key-Fob helps me considerably to unlock the door and get it open so that my 190 lb Cane Corso Puppy does not try to run through the door. Please help me...
Great product but has one major drawback... The buttons on the remote are not recessed; several times already I have put the remote in my pocket and it has accidentally unlocked the door. The same thing happens when the remote is in your pocket and you should happen to lean against something. The buttons need to be recessed to prevent this.
The lockset and remotes (I ordered 3 remotes total) arrived quickly and very well packaged. I installed it in just a few minutes and it took another 2 minutes to change the code and program 3 remotes. All total I spent less than 15 minutes installing and setting it up. It is working extremely well and we are enjoying it.
I love the new lock I don't have to worry about having a key with me or remember to bring a key or if I need somebody to go over and get something out of my RV.
It definitely is a luxury you won't know how you ever lived without! I'm so glad you are happy with your RVLock keyless handle!

Hi we love our RVLock key fob so when they had a black friday sale with free shipping we bought another one. Upon receiving we tried to program and could not get it to work. Thinking it could be the battery we replaced the battery from working key fob to key fob we received and it works perfectly.
