Lock quality and installation are excellent. However, the 2 key fobs that came with the v4 are unusable. The fob is to sensitive with raised buttons. You lock the RV and walk away, and don't realize that you've unlocked the door again! This happened consistently when we got into our truck to leave the campsite. Just the pressure of the inside of my jeans pocket kept unlocking the door. I've since turned off the use of the key fob on the inside of the lock. Don't buy this lock for the key fob function. You'll be turning it off.
Product seams very sturdy. Easy install and program. I think the girls will like the easy access to our fifth wheel with this new lock after taking dogs for their walks and not have to worry about keys.
2 years ago we bought our 1st RVLOCK, we loved not having to carry keys. Recently we were in an area having a heavy rain storm that caused an issue with our RVLOCK. After contacting RVLOCK they stood behind their product and made things right.

I purchased the lock online at Rvlock.com. I purchased the V4 lock. After locking myself out of my manual stock lock on my RV several times. I started looking online. Looked at reviews and found that the RVLock.com Was Reliable, Easy to instal, Durable and modern looking. After reviewing I chose RVLock version V4.0. I installed it within 5 minutes. Box came with instructions And the website has videos. I programed it and I was all done. I had a few issues with something else so I contacted RVLock and they took excellent care of me. They bent over backwards, taking care of me. No more locking myself out of my RV and climbing through the window at the age of 65 to get back in. I love this lock and this company. Product is very sturdy. I would highly recommend it. If you think this lock is a hassle to install, it is not! It is a breeze within a handful of minutes you’ll be up and running. The latch/lock installed and works flawlessly. The Axis handle extension did also. Only issue is the handle extension extends about 1-1/2" too far down to allow the door handrail to fold forward over the door. Awesome products and excellent customer support. Highly recommend.
