We broke the pin on the inside latch of our Fifth Wheel, leaving us unable to exit without using a screwdriver. I contacted customer service, and they promptly shipped a replacement part the very next day. I was thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and have no hesitation in recommending their products and services.
This is an excellent product. It looks great and works fantastically. Had one small issue I was able to contact customer service the lady helped me correct the problem instantly. I would definitely purchase this product again and again.
We started full time RVing in 2023 with our 4 little kids and everything I read about was how unsafe the manufacturing locks were, so I knew that was the first thing we needed to change out! We bought a keyless entry from another company but it wasn’t working properly after a few months, so I did some research and knew RV Locks was the right choice for our family and RV. We couldn’t be more happy withour choir! Thank you RV Locks for making great quality products and keeping my family and home on wheels safe!
Lock quality and installation are excellent. However, the 2 key fobs that came with the v4 are unusable. The fob is to sensitive with raised buttons. You lock the RV and walk away, and don't realize that you've unlocked the door again! This happened consistently when we got into our truck to leave the campsite. Just the pressure of the inside of my jeans pocket kept unlocking the door. I've since turned off the use of the key fob on the inside of the lock. Don't buy this lock for the key fob function. You'll be turning it off.
Product seams very sturdy. Easy install and program. I think the girls will like the easy access to our fifth wheel with this new lock after taking dogs for their walks and not have to worry about keys.
