I did have to take the lock to my local mechanic to loosen the door bolts (?). They were locked in place with lock tite. And I needed to extend them a little. After that….it installed easily and works perfectly

I received my lock in a very timely manner. Packaged well. It took me no longer than 15 minutes to install it and about the same to program my passcode number. Had to attempt it a few things but it finally took. Seems to me a well quaility and constructed lock. Look forward to using it soon on our next trip. They do need to update the photo on their website to NOT show the frame base plate on the lock. It makes it appear it comes with it. I used my old one and all went well. Would recommend to others.
