RVLock Charter Keyless Handle for Class C/A Motorhomes

I purchased the unit at a RV show in Quartzsite and after installing it (very easy) I eventually tried also the keys and unfortunately, the full cylinder came out with it...
I contacted the support team and they instructed me to try to push it back in with the key in.
Well that did not really work but upon closer look at the cylinder I noticed that a locking brass piece was in fact bent - I straightened it to allow for that brass lock to move freely, and upon re-insertion into its location (with the key inserted) I was able to get the cylinder to lock into place ... I would hope that there is a better Quality check for future users/customers...

I love the lock. A lot. But the FOBs don’t have a great way of staying on your key chain. If it does, I don’t seem to find it. Also, at first, the motor wasn’t moving the deadbolt all the way in. But I figured out I didn’t have it pushed all the way to the outside. Can’t buy it on Amazon—had to get direct from dealer, so price was higher. But all in all, I do love it. I also kept my original door plate and it worked with that. We have a 2024 Forest River Forester.

I also cannot figure out how to hook up to my iPhone. There doesn’t seem to be a Bluetooth connection no matter what I do. I might work on that when the weather warms. It’s nice though—and I got the bar for the screen door too!

Easily connects to the lock and now there is a NICE bar to pull the screen shut! Easy install on both. Need two people for the lock due to holding and turning the bars to fit into the lock. I’m a girl, and if I can install, then anyone can!

First of all I want to thank Jessi for her help selecting the correct lock. It arrived in a few days and only took about fifteen minutes to install. Did not need to modify the hole in my 2016 Sprinter Thor motor coach. Both my wife and I absolutely loved it. Thanks again RVLock.

Even though I had reservations about the shape and size of the lock compared to the one I was replacing, it worked perfectly using their suggestions for a replacement. It only required a small modification to the latch that was easily accomplished. Very pleased and I highly recommend RV Lock as a company to work with based on the timely delivery, their follow up and continued support! GREAT experience!!!

My unit came damaged. They were able to send me a second one. Customer Service was great, but unfortunately, the second one I received the box was all broken and lock was all scratched up now I have to wait for a third one. We’ll see if one comes damage then we will not be purchasing, we will ask for our money back
