I waited until the 2nd Gen lock was available and its perfect. A couple reviews I read people not charging the lock or reading the directions clearly or not watching the video. I did have to trim my door just a little amount which I was informed of but no big deal. Words of advice to installing. use blue loctite on your three handle attaching screws and try running them in so they are snug, if you over tighten the deadbolt binds. Just try loosening each one and try different patterns the loctite will help keep screws from loosening and keep screws from seizing in the aluminum from long term weather usage. Thanks again my wife was hounding me for keyless entry now shes happy!
Very easy to install and program. Have been waiting for a keyless option since we bought the RV, great upgrade.
Easy installation works as advertised, I just wish it is not so expensive , being retired and on a fixed income. The wife loves it, only if she knew how much I paid . I guess you can't take it with you. A senior discount would be nice
RV Lock came through and developed the keypad lock for the Palazzo line of Class A units - we've been waiting years - THANK YOU RVLock.com! We've spread the word that it's a great and easy replacement for the OEM lock that keeps breaking on Thor Owners. 2 FOBs and 2 keys and it works great. Installation video and instructions were perfect and it was an easy upgrade.
It’s not a plug an play item for the 2025 Entegra Condor due to a 1/8” metal plate installed on the interior of the door, at the same time the installation would have been less problematic if the RV Lockset provided greater tolerances . Over all I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend to friends .
