I've previously owned RV Locks and they're a great product along with product support. With that being said the new Atlas I had a issue with. On my latch the latch needs to be lifted up abs the Atlas tries to push it to the back. I modified the hole so it lifts and it works like a charm.
I wish they would also mane the outside plate like a 1/8" larger to help hide the old latch markings.
The lock has 2 keys and 2 Fobs along with the convenience of the keypad. You can also order a Bluetooth module so you can operate from your phone.
Love the new lock, thank you RV Lock for designing and getting this product manufactured for Thor small Class A’s and others. Here is a screenshot of an unsolicited review I posted for my fellow Vegas/Axis owners on the THOR FORUMS. Thanks again!
I'm a fan of RV Lock and this new lock seems to work as well as previous locks. Cosmetically, the lock is slightly smaller than the original lock. It needs a black rubber gasket to cover where the paint on the RV doesn't match due to the smaller size of the outer lock frame or a larger, external lock frame.
We have been looking for a keyless lock with a remote and RV Lock has produced a great lock that fits our needs! This new product was a simple install and easy to program. We did need to order the decal to add to our door as the lock face is slightly smaller than our existing lock so the base paint was exposed. We are very happy with the operation of the lock and would highly recommend it to other users!
