Our RV lock has worked great since day one. However, over time, the original keypad was really worn and basically non existent. This was an easy and cost effective way to have a brand new keypad at a very nominal cost. I had this done start to finish in about 30 minutes or less. My only snag was a stripped **** that I had to get taken out. Everything is back in place and working like a charm! Thank you!

We’re very unhappy with the product as we weren’t even able to install it. When unscrewing the back panel in order to install the V4, those mini screws were so tight, two of them stripped completely. You may try to tell me that my screwdriver was too large but that just wasn’t the case. I tried at least 8 Philips Head drivers to ensure I had the best fit. None of them were perfect but I chose the one that was as close as possible. Those screws stripped so easy it was pathetic, cheap hardware and way too tight. Now, I’m in the middle of a 4 month roadtrip and every time I go to lock or unlock my door, it’s a reminder that my new V4 is sitting in a drawer and we have to really think where the numbers are located on our pad that is completely blank. Needless to say, it reminds me of how unhappy I am.

We spoke with your customer service and no satisfaction was given other than I need to wait until I can get home to tap out those screws. I’m a Utahan, so it gives me no satisfaction to give you guys a bad review. However, you asked for this review so you need to hear the truth.

Have V4 just over 8 months old and had to replace the upgraded keypad membrane with new upgraded keypad membrane. Original outer surface became gummy and sticky. Hopefully this keypad lasts longer. Easy to replace but really shouldn't had to. 3 pictures show original keypad, single picture is new keypad installed.

Exact fit, easy replacement.

I ordered the premium membrane to replace the peeling decal. Shipping was prompt, the instructions were easy to follow. It took less than ten minutes to replace the old one. What a difference! Thank you for providing replacement parts. If you would sell a replacement gasket I would have ordered that with the membrane. I don’t like reusing gaskets.
