Then, head to Steele Creek Park to enjoy everything from disc golf and picnic areas to hiking and walking trails, such as the 4.6-mile Lake Ridge Trail and Lakeside Trail. Another cool spot is South Holston Lake, which is a fly fisher’s paradise since it’s one of the top two lakes in the state and a popular spot to fly fish. It’s also home to South Holston Dam, the third largest earthen dam in the world at 285 feet high and 1600 feet in length!
