Replaced under warranty, arrived quickly and solved my issues
We do like our Atlas door lock
But, we have had it fail twice.
The first time, the battery died and wouldn't recharge, so RVLock replaced the entire lock.
This time, same failure mode, but RVLock sent a new battery, which seems to work fine
We have never seen the charge LED illuminated.
I tried plugging the lock in now after using the new battery for a week and many activations. No LED illuminated.
Wondering if we are going to continue to have issues with this battery.
We would like to know what it is that seems to be the problem with this battery pack
